Addiction Treatment Types
To effectively customize an addiction treatment plan that addresses both the client’s addiction history and behavioral health issues, we perform extensive assessments at admission for medical and psychological evaluation. By collecting valuable information on each individual’s psychiatric, medical, and substance abuse background, we can formulate the strongest plan of research-based addiction therapy.
Customized Treatment Plans
Working as partners in their own recovery, clients collaborate with their Laguna Treatment Hospital clinical staff and primary therapist to recognize each individual’s recovery goals using his or her interpersonal strengths, treatment needs, motivations, assessments, and therapy preferences. With the client’s consent, we include the client’s family and loved ones in treatment planning and aftercare goals. Throughout the treatment stay, we revisit the individualized treatment plan to ensure that it continues to address the client’s needs based on treatment progress, and we adjust it if clinically necessary.
Our Dual Diagnosis Approach
Along with the curriculum, the client will be scheduled for an appropriate mix of addiction therapy and research-based treatment groups. Some of our recovery-oriented services include:
- Individual Therapy
- Group Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Wellness-Focused Groups
- Aftercare Recovery Group & Skills Building
