Andi Gillette is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LAADC), and EMDR Certified clinician specializing in the treatment of trauma, addiction, and complex mental health conditions. Bringing over 25 years of professional clinical experience—working in the mental health field since 1998— Andi offers clients a unique blend of deep clinical expertise and authentic empathy.

At the core of Andi’s therapeutic philosophy is the conviction that every individual possesses the capacity to overcome self-destructive cycles and build a fulfilling life. She integrates evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy to address both individual distress and systemic relational patterns.

To directly support recovery, Andi utilizes the specialized EMDR DETUR (Desensitization of Triggers and Urges) Protocol. This targeted approach works to significantly reduce the intensity of urges, triggers, and cravings associated with chemical dependency, disordered eating, compulsive sexual behaviors, gambling, and other process addictions. By resolving the underlying trauma driving these behaviors, Andi empowers clients to break free from chronic relapse patterns, cultivate emotional resilience, and achieve sustainable, long-term wellness.
