Auston has over a decade of experience working in behavioral health. His focus on adolescent behavioral health from 2016 to 2021 allowed him to develop a profound understanding of the challenges faced by young individuals and to foster positive outcomes through evidence-based interventions.
In 2021, he transitioned into the addiction treatment field, expanding his expertise and ultimately becoming a certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor in 2024. This milestone not only represented a personal achievement but also underscored an unwavering commitment to empowering individuals on their journey toward recovery and well-being.
Auston graduated from the University of South Dakota, where he earned degrees in sustainability and sociology and held the title of all-conference linebacker for the school’s football team. He was later drafted and signed with the BC Lions Football Professional Club.
