Francis brings 30 years of experience in upscale hotel brands, luxury resorts, and mountain communities across the United States to his role at Laguna Treatment Center. Over the years he has held various leadership positions, including brand director of asset management, multi-property regional director, general manager, and director of operations/facilities.

Francis holds additional certifications in HVAC, landscape design, pool operation, and hospitality management. He is also a water district board member, city travel advisor board member, regional facilities chair, and HOA community and brand advisor.
