Nicole Ostendorf has worked in the field of behavioral health since 2012. After graduating from Arizona State University, Nicole began working at a lockdown treatment center for troubled youth in Phoenix where she quickly became a supervisor. During this time, Nicole also volunteered at a drop-in center for at risk and homeless individuals.
In 2018, after moving back to California, Nicole went on to complete her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. This led to Nicole doing in home therapy and providing behavior intervention to children in the school district. In 2020, Nicole saw an opportunity to return to her true passion and work in the behavioral health/substance abuse field at Laguna Treatment Center.
Nicole believes in the power of recovery and in creating a safe and welcoming place for individuals to focus on healing.
