Tiffany Quiroga is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) who joined Laguna Treatment Center full-time in 2026. She provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive care to individuals and families, helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, relational, and life-transition challenges.
Tiffany draws from a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness practices, and hypnotherapy. She creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to develop healthier coping skills and achieve lasting change. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese, Tiffany tailors her care to honor each client’s unique story, strengths, and goals.
Her dedication to this work comes from her personal experience growing up in Taiwan, where she witnessed how normalized alcohol use and untreated mental health challenges affected families. These experiences drive her commitment to helping clients break generational patterns, reduce shame, and reframe trauma and addiction as treatable mental health concerns.
Outside of therapy, Tiffany pursues personal development, enjoys travel, yoga, wellness retreats, and family adventures, and brings curiosity and growth into her work every day.
