‘RHONY’ Star Leah McSweeney Talks Relapse, Regret, & Recovery

On the latest episode of AAC’s Addiction Talk, host Joy Sutton interviews Leah McSweeney, who is best known as a former castmate of The Real Housewives of New York City.

McSweeney developed an addiction to alcohol at an early age. Like so many others who struggle with this disease, she has experienced multiple peaks and valleys on her path to sobriety, including a very public relapse that unfolded on reality TV.

Here, she shares the lessons she’s learned along the way and how she’s using her experience to help other people with substance use disorders. (Spoiler alert: There’s a sober (and “sober curious”) dating app in the works!)
